Dr. Kolawole Adisa Olonode of the Department of Civil Engineering has jointly won a Royal Society research grant with Dr. Ruoyu Jin of the London South Bank University for their project on: Developing modular interlocking bricks and blocks with the entire waste reuse model in Nigeria and UK.
The project is expected to start from 11th March, 2022 and end on 10th March, 2024.
The grant award has a value of 拢12,000 (twelve thousand pounds).
The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Oluwatoyin Ogundipe, FAS, congratulates Dr. Olonode on his achievement, on behalf of all staff and students of the university.
